College of Engineering Signed the Student Exchange Agreement with Faculty of Engineering, Yamagata University

　　The College of Engineering & The College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University (NTU), signed the student exchange agreement with The Faculty of Engineering, Yamagata University (YU) on Feb.23^rd.

　　The Signing Ceremony was jointly hosted by Prof. Jia-Yush Yen, Dean of College of Engineering and Prof. Lin-Shan Lee, Dean of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, NTU.  The ceremony started with the brief introductions of three colleges, respectively by Prof. Hiroshi IIZUKA, Dean of Faculty of Engineering, YU, Prof. Wen-Chang Chen, Associate Dean of College of Engineering, NTU, and Prof. Chi-Kuang Sun, Associate Dean of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, NTU.  

　　There were totally five delegates from Faculty of YU, including Dean Hiroshi IIZUKA, Prof. Hideharu MORI, Prof. Toshiyuki SUGIMOTO, Prof. Cheng Liang LIU, and Ms. Reiko YAMAGUCHI.  This academic agreement aimed to promote exchange student program between NTU and YU, with five-year duration.  With the signing of this agreement, both institutions hope to increase the academic collaboration with each other in the near future and to provide students the opportunities to study abroad.
