REGISTRATION

The Asian Engineering Deans’ Summit 2025 (AEDS2025) will take place in Taiwan and is hosted by the College of Engineering, National Taiwan University (NTU). Please review the following information to prepare for your trip.

Travel and Local Transfer

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and visa application expenses. Please arrange your own transportation from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport to your hotel and NTU. The NTU main campus is conveniently connected by MRT and other public transportation options.

Visa Application

Please check if you require a visa to enter Taiwan. If needed, we can provide an invitation letter to support your visa application. To request a letter, please contact us at yuhanshen@ntu.edu.tw and provide:

• Full name
• Institution name
• Planned date(s) of stay

Registration

There is no registration fee for attending the summit. To register, please send an email to yuhanshen@ntu.edu.tw.

Accommodation

AEDS2025 has partnered with Howard Civil Service International House to offer special rates for attendees:

• Standard Single Room: TWD 2,200 (~USD 70) per night
• Semi-Suite (One Queen Size Bed): TWD 3,700 (~USD 120) per night
